UAE Auto Auction provides an online platform for viewing vehicle auction data and history. We offer services to remove vehicle history records from our specific platform upon request and payment of the applicable fee.

Disclaimer: We are not a vehicle seller or dealer. We provide information based on available data. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided.

3. Payments and Refunds

Prices for our services are listed on the Site (e.g., fee for history removal). All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of our digital services (history removal), once a service has been performed, it cannot be undone, and therefore refunds are generally not provided unless there was a technical error on our part where the service was not delivered.

4. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
